Poolex O'SPA Flow 3 kW: integrated heating, cooling and circulation for spas

The Poolex O'SPA Flow 3 kW combines a heat pump, cooling function and circulation pump in one compact unit for spas, Nordic baths and small pools. Its dedicated integrated circulation pump enables the unit to be connected directly to the spa, without installing an external bypass.

This configuration maintains a steady flow through the heat exchanger and simplifies hydraulic integration. The unit operates in heating, cooling and automatic modes, allowing the water temperature to be adjusted according to the intended use of the spa throughout the seasons.

Integrated circulation and thermal control

The 3 kW version delivers a water flow rate of 1.40 m³/h, suited to spa circuits, with 32 / 38 mm hydraulic connections. Its Twisted Tech© titanium heat exchanger is designed for contact with circuit water, and the unit is compatible with spa water treatments, including salt treatment.

The integrated relay can control the spa's electric heater when required. This allows the O'SPA Flow to coordinate its operation with the spa's existing heating system.

Heating, cooling and Auto mode

O'SPA Flow incorporates heating, chiller or cooling, Auto mode and relay control for the spa heater. The heating water temperature range is 10 to 40 °C, while cooling operation is available between 2 and 30 °C.

Under air conditions of 26 °C, water at 26 °C and 80% relative humidity, this version provides a heating capacity of 3.30 kW, with power consumption of 0.66 kW and a COP of 5. Under air conditions of 15 °C, water at 38 °C and 70% relative humidity, heating capacity is 2.11 kW, with 0.75 kW power consumption and a COP of 2.75.

For cooling, at an air temperature of 35 °C, water at 27 °C and 70% relative humidity, it delivers a capacity of 2.00 kW, with 0.98 kW power consumption and an EER of 2.05. At 15 °C air temperature and 5 °C water temperature, cooling capacity is 1.45 kW, with 0.62 kW power consumption and an EER of 2.35.

Connected control via Wi-Fi

The heat pump features built-in Wi-Fi for remote management of temperature and operating modes through the Poolex mobile app. Poolex Cloud connectivity also enables OTA system updates.

Its compact format makes it easy to position close to the spa. The housing incorporates decorative grilles and brings water circulation and temperature control together in a single unit.

The O'SPA Flow 3 kW measures 520 × 490 × 390 mm and has a net weight of 33 kg. Its declared sound level is below 50 dB(A) at 1 m and below 30 dB(A) at 10 m. Pressure loss is 2.5 m water column.

It is supplied with a control relay, residual-current plug with a 5 m cable, two sets of hydraulic connectors, two sets of clamps and Netspa kit connectors. An offset touchscreen and a hydraulic connection kit are available as optional accessories.
