Netspa UFC IceBath Duo: inflatable ice bath with Drop-Stitch construction

The Netspa UFC IceBath Duo is an inflatable tub for cold-water immersion, suited to wellness spaces, training environments and home use. Its single-person format combines a Drop-Stitch construction with compact dimensions of 170 x 92 cm and a height of 67 cm.

The tub can be used with ice cubes or connected to a compatible cooling system through its two threaded connections. Its design includes water inlet and outlet ports, a drain plug, inflation valves, handles and a protective cover with safety buckles.

Construction and use

Drop-Stitch technology allows the walls and base to be inflated to high pressure, providing a rigid structure once inflated. The tub features minimum and maximum water-level markings, with a water capacity of 290 to 350 litres. Its handles make transport easier when empty and provide support when getting out.

Compatible with a cooling system

The UFC IceBath Duo has two threaded connections for linking a compatible cooling system. Water can also be cooled with ice cubes. For filling, place the tub on a flat, level and non-slip surface, observing the internal minimum and maximum water-level markings.

For indoor use, place it near a drain to facilitate emptying and the drainage of any condensation from the cooling system. Outdoors, install it in the shade or under cover, on a clean, smooth surface capable of supporting the required load.

Water and tub maintenance

For routine maintenance, clean the filter cartridge every 1 to 2 weeks and replace it every 1 to 2 months, depending on frequency of use and water condition. Change the water every 15 to 30 days and check its parameters before each use or at least once a week. The specified pH should be kept between 7 and 7.4.

After emptying, the tub can be cleaned with water, liquid soap and a sponge. Before storing it, disconnect the cooling system if attached, remove the filter cartridge, dry the tub thoroughly and allow it to air-dry for 24 hours before deflating and folding it.

Use and safety guidance

Before use, rinse off and enter gradually. The usage guide recommends starting with periods of 5 to 10 minutes and limiting immersion to 10–15 minutes. Do not consume alcohol or substances that may impair perception before or during use. Leave the tub if you experience discomfort, pain, excessive numbness or breathing difficulties.

Warranty: 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
