Sunlighten Saunas: Full-Spectrum Infrared Saunas

Sunlighten is an American manufacturer specialising in premium infrared saunas. Its range centres on full-spectrum infrared technology—near, mid and far infrared—SoloCarbon® heaters and designs created for both home use and wellness centres.

At Sunmarket Wellness, we offer the mPulse range (Aspire, Discover, Believe, Conquer and Empower) in cedar, basswood and eucalyptus finishes, as well as the portable infrared sauna system. We can advise you on the best model for your space and provide a quotation including installation.

What makes a Sunlighten sauna different

Unlike a conventional infrared sauna, which usually emits only far infrared, Sunlighten builds its range around the full spectrum: near, mid and far infrared. Each wavelength penetrates to a different depth, allowing tailored session protocols rather than a single heat programme.

The mPulse range: which model to choose

  • mPulse Aspire — 1 person. The most compact sauna cabin, ideal for small spaces or individual use.
  • mPulse Discover — 2 people. The most versatile option for home use.
  • mPulse Believe — with a larger bench area for shared use at home.
  • mPulse Conquer — 3 people. Designed for shared or semi-professional use.
  • mPulse Empower — up to 5 people. The ideal choice for wellness centres and gyms.
  • Portable system — far infrared in pad and dome format, for individual sessions without building work or a sauna cabin.
Three wood finishes: cedar (strong aroma and excellent stability), basswood (light, neutral wood) and eucalyptus (warm grain and sustainably sourced). The choice is purely aesthetic: performance is identical.

Sunlighten technologies

  • SoloCarbon®: Sunlighten’s patented heaters, designed to maximise the infrared energy reaching the body.
  • PulseIQ™: available across the mPulse range, it enables red light and near, mid and far infrared to be emitted independently and programmed separately rather than blended together.
  • CELLIANT®: fabric integrated into the interior lining that reflects some of the infrared energy back towards the user.
  • Magne-Seal™: magnetic assembly system that replaces clips and screws, making installation significantly easier.
  • Low EMF levels: Sunlighten publishes the emission data for its heaters; ask us for the technical data sheet for the model you are interested in.

Frequently asked questions

What is full-spectrum infrared?

It is the combination of near, mid and far infrared in a single system. Each wavelength penetrates to a different depth, unlike conventional infrared sauna cabins that emit only far infrared.

Is it suitable for professional use?

Yes. The Conquer and Empower models are designed for shared use in wellness centres, gyms and clinics, while Aspire and Discover are more suitable for home use.

How much energy does a Sunlighten sauna use?

It depends on the model and its capacity. As a guide, a single-person sauna cabin uses around 1.5 kW, while larger models exceed 3 kW. Contact us for the relevant technical data sheet.

Which wood should I choose: cedar, basswood or eucalyptus?

It is a matter of appearance and sensitivity. Cedar has a distinctive aroma; basswood is the most neutral option and is recommended for people who are sensitive to smells; eucalyptus offers a warm wood grain.

Do you provide installation and a warranty?

Yes, we provide pre-purchase advice, delivery, an optional assembly service and after-sales technical support.
