What makes a Sunlighten sauna different
Unlike a conventional infrared sauna, which usually emits only far infrared, Sunlighten builds its range around the full spectrum: near, mid and far infrared. Each wavelength penetrates to a different depth, allowing tailored session protocols rather than a single heat programme.

Three wood finishes: cedar (strong aroma and excellent stability), basswood (light, neutral wood) and eucalyptus (warm grain and sustainably sourced). The choice is purely aesthetic: performance is identical.
