The Netspa UFC IceBath Duo Wellness is a single-user inflatable ice bath developed in collaboration with UFC. Its compact format can be installed at home, in a gym or in a wellness space for cold-water immersion routines.

Its structure features Drop-Stitch technology in the walls and base. This high-pressure inflation system provides rigidity once the bath is prepared for use. The bath includes handles, inflation valves, water inlet and outlet connections, a drain plug and internal markings to monitor the fill level.

Ice immersion or external chiller connection

The IceBath Duo can be used with ice cubes or connected to a compatible chiller through its two threaded fittings. This configuration allows the water preparation to be adapted to each routine and the selected temperature to be maintained with an external cooling system.

The specified water temperature range is 3 to 37 °C. The compatible chiller is not included with the bath.

Single-user format with Drop-Stitch structure

The bath is designed for one person and provides an internal area measuring 140 × 62 cm. The water level must remain between the minimum and maximum marks, with a capacity of 290 to 350 litres. Its ergonomic handles make it easier to carry when empty and provide support when leaving the bath.

Installation and set-up

For indoor installation, place the bath on a flat, level and non-slip surface close to a drain. Outdoors, it must be positioned on a smooth, level surface, free of abrasive vegetation or objects that could damage the structure; a shaded or covered location is recommended.

Before filling the bath, check that the drain plugs are closed and observe the internal level markings. The cover must be fitted and secured with its safety buckles after every use. Do not move the bath by its handles when it is filled with water.

Water care and maintenance

To keep the equipment in good condition, maintain water quality and use suitable water-treatment products according to their instructions. The filter cartridge should be cleaned every 1–2 weeks and replaced every 1–2 months. It is recommended to replace the water every 15–30 days and maintain a pH between 7 and 7.4.

After draining, the bath can be cleaned with water, liquid soap and a sponge. Before storage, disconnect the cooling system if installed, remove the filter cartridge, allow the bath to dry completely for 24 hours, deflate it and store it in a dry place with a stable temperature.
