Commercial Description of the Integrated Control System

The integrated management and control system has been designed to provide a complete, scalable and professional solution for wellness centres, tanning booths, spas and advanced beauty businesses.
Its purpose is to centralise the technical, commercial and operational management of the business, ensuring full control over the equipment, compliance with current tax regulations and an optimised customer experience.

Centralised management and full control

• Simultaneous connection of up to eight machines or booths, with real-time monitoring of status, session times, faults and maintenance.
• Complete control system, enabling start-ups, shutdowns, safety lockouts, time configuration and intelligent booth management.
• Tax integration with VERIFACTU, complying with current legislation on electronic invoicing and automated transaction recording.
• Session automation according to active packages or the customer’s available balance.
• Individual configuration per machine, adaptable to each service or type of booth.

Packages and usage options

The system allows different types of packages to be created and managed, ideal for loyalty programmes and promotions:

• Balance packages: rechargeable, allowing credit to be used across different services or booths.
• Seasonal or session packages: configurable by duration, number of uses or commercial campaigns.
• Automatic balance and expiry control, with alerts and historical usage records.
• Booking integration, for automatic booth allocation and availability control.

Booth control and user experience

• Complete monitoring of each booth, with real-time information on status, cleaning or maintenance.
• Personalised access by code, card or digital device.
• Complete activity log and traceability, both by customer and by machine.
• Display of remaining usage time, accessible on screen for customers in the reception area.

Marketing and loyalty module

• Management of promotional campaigns and personalised discounts.
• Automatic communication with customers via email, SMS or WhatsApp (compatible with META API and Zapier).
• Advanced segmentation by behaviour, frequency or preferences.
• Marketing reports and dashboard, with occupancy, profitability and campaign return indicators.

Hardware and licences

The system is supplied with all the hardware required for operation and machine connection, as well as a fully operational management software licence.
It includes connection to a second monitor for reception, where remaining usage times and booth status are displayed in real time.

• The PC is not included.
• Electrical wiring installation is not included and must be carried out by an authorised electrician.
• If the customer wishes, we can include the electrical installation with an additional quotation.

Maintenance and support

The maintenance service has a monthly cost of €60, which includes:

• API connection for VERIFACTU compliance.
• Automatic software updates.
• Remote technical support and personalised assistance.
• Continuous system monitoring and fault resolution.

(Maintenance is not included in the base price of the system; it is contracted through an annual subscription, €60/month)
