The mPulse series is the only range of infrared saunas that covers the full spectrum: near infrared (NIR), mid infrared (MIR) and far infrared (FIR), combining technologies to maximise wellness, detoxification and recovery. The DISCOVER model is designed for up to 4 people and provides a comfortable home sauna experience.

The combination of NIR, MIR and FIR wavelengths provides multiple benefits: support for deep detoxification, improved skin tone and skin rejuvenation, relief from muscle and joint pain, promotion of cardiovascular performance and support for home weight loss programmes.

During a 30-minute session, depending on the programme, you can burn 300 to 600 calories, providing a complementary alternative to physical activity.

Key facts

In a traditional Finnish sauna or a standard infrared sauna (FIR only), perspiration consists of 3% toxins and 97% water. Thanks to the blend of near, mid and far infrared wavelengths in the SUNLIGHTEN mPulse series, the percentage of toxins released through perspiration reaches 20%, offering deeper and more effective detoxification.

Personalisation and tracking

Set up your tailored programme: if the pre-set programmes do not suit your needs, you can create personalised sessions by selecting the wavelength blend and emitters you want to activate.

Track your progress: with optional accessories, Biofeedback can be used to measure heart rate and blood flow, calculate calories burned and send data wirelessly to a personalised page on Mysunlighten.com, where you can log sessions, follow fitness programmes and access resources and advice.

Installation and consumption

mPulse saunas are easy to assemble with the MagnetSeal system. Electrical connection is via a 220–240V plug and, depending on the model, requires a dedicated 240V 20A circuit (see specifications). Power consumption is comparable to that of a hairdryer in domestic use.
