A session, step by step

Before the session
Clean skin, no cosmetics or perfume. Remove contact lenses and always wear approved protective goggles.

Pick the time for your skin type
Start with the shortest time on the unit's exposure chart and build up gradually, session by session.

During the session
Take the recommended position, set the cooling to taste and relax: the unit switches off by itself.

Afterwards
Moisturise well and leave at least 48 hours before the next session. Avoid sun exposure the same day.
