UNAK Service Trolley: three shelves and the largest footprint in the range

When you need space, the UNAK is the service trolley in the DDUUEETT range that offers the most. Its three shelves each measure 60 x 47 cm —the largest surface area of the four models— and are open, with no drawer: everything remains visible and accessible without opening anything.

That is the principle behind its design. A drawer protects and conceals, but requires an extra action and means remembering where everything is stored. Three open shelves do the opposite: you can see at a glance whether you are running low on consumables and pick up what you need without putting down what you are holding in your other hand. In a busy clinic with a high patient turnover, this makes a noticeable difference.

Suitable professional settings

• High-volume clinics. Three levels allow supplies to be organised by session: items needed now on the top shelf and those required later on the lower shelves.
• Shared treatment rooms. One shelf for each professional or treatment type.
• Beauty treatment rooms. Products, disposable supplies and towels can be kept separate without stacking.
• Support for lightweight professional equipment. Portable electrotherapy or laser equipment can be placed on the top shelf.

What to know before buying

The UNAK has a maximum load capacity of 30 kg, distributed across its three shelves. This is more than sufficient for consumables, products, towels and portable equipment, but this trolley is not designed for heavy equipment. If you intend to place a pressotherapy machine or tabletop TECAR therapy unit on it, the ULEX supports up to 175 kg and is the right choice.

It also has no drawer. If you work with items that must be kept out of sight or protected from dust —needles, sterile supplies or personal belongings— consider the ULEX or the THUL, both of which include a drawer.

Maintenance and hygiene

The glass shelves can be cleaned with a surface disinfectant suitable for healthcare environments and dried without leaving marks. Clean the metal frame with a damp cloth and neutral detergent; do not use abrasive products on the painted finish. When all three shelves are loaded, the screws and castors should be checked and tightened periodically.
