Metal and glass are the standard in clinical settings for a reason: they are easy to clean and cost-effective. But in a spa, a premium beauty treatment room or a practice with a carefully designed interior, a metal trolley can spoil the whole look. That is where the THUL comes in. It is the only wooden service trolley in the DDUUEETT range, with a white finish, two shelves and a drawer.

It weighs 32 kg — considerably more than metal trolleys — and that is precisely the impression it creates: a proper piece of furniture rather than clinical equipment. The castors allow it to be repositioned, but it is designed to have a dedicated place in the room rather than being wheeled back and forth between treatment tables.

What You Need to Know

Wood is not glass. It can be cleaned with a damp cloth and neutral detergent, but it does not tolerate harsh disinfectants or prolonged moisture: highly concentrated alcohol-based products will eventually lift the finish, and standing water can swell the wood fibres. If your protocol requires intensive chemical disinfection after every client, a glass trolley such as the ULEX or UNAK is the practical choice.

The maximum load is 30 kg: products, towels, consumables and lightweight devices are fine; heavy equipment is not. And with a 32 kg own weight, it is worth deciding on its final position before assembly.
