BCN ECQ10 gives the skin firmness, smoothness and hydration, providing a more youthful appearance thanks to its components which are collagen, elastin and coenzyme Q10.
Collagen, a connective tissue protein, is responsible for the turgor and elasticity to the skin. Over the years, its fibers become more fragile and are lost, so it is necessary to make up for this lack with synthetic products that stimulate its synthesis and restore the skin's smoothness, fill wrinkles and fight against skin aging. Elastin, as hydrolyzed elastin, restores skin elasticity and suppleness while combating sagging.

BCN ECQ10 from the BCN Cocktails product line provides firmness, smoothness and hydration to the skin, resulting in a more youthful appearance thanks to its three active ingredients: collagen, elastin and coenzyme Q10. This product aims to maintain the effects of natural collagen and elastin, molecules whose quantity is lost with age. This action is achieved by providing synthetic collagen and elastin and coenzyme Q10. This coenzyme slows down the loss of these molecules and therefore also combats skin aging.

Like the other products in the BCN Cocktails line, it can be mixed with other ingredients from the BCN Classics range to adapt them to each skin type, generating more personalized treatments.

Collagen is a protein that is part of the dermal connective tissue and its function is to provide turgor and elasticity to the skin. Over the years, these fibers become more fragile and acquire a smaller diameter, causing a lack of skin elasticity and firmness. That is why most cosmetics seek to regenerate this protein to improve the skin by filling furrows, wrinkles and reducing scars or any other structural dysfunction.

Elastin has a long chain of amino acids in which there are numerous sequences with hydrophobic amino acids, separated by other sequences containing pairs of glycines and other small amino acids, such as lysine. This chain of hydrophobic amino acids is what gives it its elastic properties, since it allows the arrangement in coiled structures. Lysine participates in the formation of helices, which are the points where two adjacent elastin molecules are linked.

These two components, present in the product in hydrolyzed form, make up for the effects of natural collagen and elastin that are lost over the years and therefore maintain the elasticity characteristic of young skin.

Finally, coenzyme Q10, also called ubiquinone, is known for its antioxidant and cell destruction inhibiting properties caused by free radicals. Its continuous application repairs the deterioration of the skin caused by these damaging elements and slows down the degradation of dermal collagen. As a result, the skin is strengthened and becomes more resistant to aging while existing expression lines and wrinkles are reduced.
