Sunmarket Wellness, S.L.U. was founded in Valencia in 2002 with a clear focus: to be a reference supplier for aesthetic centres, tanning centres, gyms and hotels. More than two decades later, we distribute the leading brands in the industry and serve professionals throughout the European Economic Area.
The Sunmarket Wellness Group also operates its own tanning and aesthetic centres, and owns the brands SHR, HIIT and I-MedStetic in the Spanish market. This real operational experience is what allows us to genuinely advise other professionals: we know what works in a treatment room, what makes a tanning centre profitable and what an end client expects from a treatment.

Do you sell to individuals or only to professionals?
Sunmarket is primarily aimed at professionals: aesthetic centres, tanning centres, gyms, hotels, hair salons, barbershops, podiatrists and distributors. That said, we also sell products for home use (some Hapro tanning beds, tanning cosmetics, accessories) that any individual can purchase.
When a product is for professional use only, we state it clearly on the product sheet. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that they have the training, authorisation and facilities required to use it.
Which countries do you distribute to?
We distribute throughout the European Economic Area (EEA). We provide service in six languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian and German) and ship via GLS and Rhenus depending on order type and destination.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with SeQura for instant online financing, with no paperwork, directly in the checkout process. We also arrange financing by phone and deferred payment options for professional customers through agreement with the financing institution.
For higher-value equipment (professional tanning beds, aesthetic equipment, spa installations) we discuss specific terms with each customer.
Can I see the equipment before buying?
Yes. We have a physical showroom in Valencia where you can see and try the equipment in person, talk to our sales team and get technical questions answered live.

What warranty does the equipment come with?
All equipment comes with the official manufacturer warranty. The general applicable conditions are:
- 3 years for non-consumable domestic products sold to consumers (statutory warranty).
- 1 year generally for products for professional use (commercial warranty).
- 2 years for professional tanning beds.
Some brands or specific lines enjoy extended warranty or specific replacement services. The exact conditions are listed on each product sheet and in our Warranty and After-Sales Service Policy.
Do you offer after-sales technical service?
Yes. We coordinate after-sales technical service for all the equipment we distribute, working with manufacturers and authorised service centres. We stock original spare parts and consumables to keep your equipment running for years.
For any technical issue, contact us first and we’ll guide you: in many cases the problem is resolved by phone or WhatsApp, and if on-site intervention is required we coordinate the nearest authorised technician.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the product and destination, but as a reference:
- In-stock product to mainland Spain: 24-72 working hours from order confirmation.
- In-stock product to EEA destinations: 3-7 working days depending on country.
- Made-to-order or custom-configured product: depending on the manufacturer, typically between 2 and 8 weeks.
Timeframes are indicative. After confirming the order, we give you a specific timeframe. We work with GLS and Rhenus to optimise time and cost according to order type.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt for orders placed from within the European Economic Area, with the exceptions provided by law (personalised products, opened cosmetics, etc.).
Professional customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal, but we can arrange commercial returns with prior authorisation and specific conditions case by case.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for products intended for intradermal or transcutaneous application (mesotherapy, dermapen, microneedling) once they leave our premises.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods enabled at any given time in our online store:

- SeQura financing (no paperwork).
- For professional customers: deferred payment and specific terms by agreement.
For higher-value transactions (high-end equipment, installations), we agree specific terms based on the customer’s needs.
Can I open a professional or distributor account?
Yes. If you are a professional centre with regular activity or an industry distributor, contact us and we’ll propose specific terms: pricing, payment timing, volume discounts and dedicated technical support.
