Step-by-step treatment.
Typical combination: Meso Pen (or Meso Roller) with re-epithelialisation via TDS. Each method can also be used independently depending on the centre’s equipment.
Cleanse the skin with an appropriate cleansing product. Gentle exfoliation to increase cosmetic permeability. Disinfect with an aseptic product using single-use gauze.
Assess the skin and prepare the solutions according to the matrix in the previous section in a sterile vial, using a dosing applicator. If you use a syringe to measure the volume, remove the needle: the mixture is applied topically to the skin, never by injection.
Apply drop by drop directly onto the skin, under the Meso Pen, Meso Roller or TDS head. Advance gradually across the working area. Use conductive gel if your TDS equipment requires it.
Constant, gentle pressure. Meso Pen: circular, up-down and diagonal movements. Meso Roller: left-right, up-down and diagonal. Apply the actives directly to the working area while maintaining asepsis.
With TDS: work the hyaluronic acid under the head. Without TDS: apply topically and leave for 20 minutes. For body treatments, you can add DMAE (cosmetic firming effect). This phase seals, protects and supports the recovery of the skin barrier.
Record the mixture used in the client’s file. Do not wash the area until the next day. Total sun protection for 7 days. Suggested home care by indication: MesoAge® + MesoVita® (anti-ageing), MesoCell® (cellulite and localised fat), MesoBlanche® (hyperpigmentation).

Important warnings for professionals
- Exclusive topical use. These products are not injectable and must not be administered intradermally, subcutaneously or intramuscularly under any circumstances.
- Be aware of the cosmetic and professional regulations applicable in your country. Obtain the client’s signed informed consent before starting the treatment.
- Use only sterile products and work in aseptic conditions with Meso Pen, Meso Roller or TDS head.
- Meso Pen needles are single-use. The Meso Roller is for personal, non-transferable use.
- Examine the skin before treatment. Do not proceed if the skin is infected, inflamed, irritated or has open lesions.
- Avoid contact of the head with lips and eyelids (particularly thin skin).
- Do not perform these treatments on minors.
- Mild redness, warmth or swelling are expected reactions during 12-24 hours after the treatment.
- Special attention in people with cardiac abnormalities, coagulation disorders, current or recent cancer, chemotherapy or diabetes: consult a healthcare professional beforehand.
- Not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women, or after treatments with botulinum toxin (minimum 2 weeks) or fillers (minimum 4 weeks).
- Microneedling depths above 2 mm are reserved exclusively for qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable regulations.
