Aesthetic operation of pressotherapy

Pressotherapy uses controlled air pressure to generate a sequential massage on the treated area. The suit wraps around the body and the compressor system regulates the inflation and deflation of the air chambers to produce rhythmic, customised compression.

Working programmes

The device includes 8 working modes identified from A to H. These modes modify the inflation and deflation sequence of the channels to adapt the session to the chosen aesthetic protocol. Programme selection depends on the type of compression sensation sought in the treatment room, the client’s tolerance and the general aesthetic objective of the session.

Mode A

Combined mode for daily use. It runs through and combines modes B to H in successive cycles, dedicating a short time to each pattern. It works as a comprehensive and versatile option for sessions where a varied experience is desired without focusing on a single compression sequence.

It is a good option for general aesthetic maintenance protocols, first sessions or clients who prefer a dynamic and changing sensation during body work.

Mode B

Inflates from 1 to 12, channel by channel, in an ascending sequence from the lower part to the upper part and repeats the cycle. It provides a gentle, progressive and orderly peristaltic massage, suitable for aesthetic maintenance sessions, body comfort and regular work.

It is an interesting mode when a moderate and continuous compression sensation is desired, without strong pressure build-up. It can fit well into aesthetic wellbeing protocols and for clients who prefer a less intense pneumatic massage.

Mode C

Inflates 1, then 1+2, then 2+3, then 3+4 and so on up to 11+12. This pattern generates linked and gliding compression, useful in protocols where a more pronounced sequential push sensation and continuous aesthetic work on the legs, buttocks and abdomen are desired.

By moving the pressure in pairs of channels, it offers a more active massage perception. It is an interesting option when a mobile compression path with a clear sensation of upward progression is desired.

Mode D

Inflates 1, then 1+2, then 1+2+3 and continues accumulating channels until completing 1 to 12. It is an ascending progressive pressure programme, indicated when a more intense wrap-around compression and a perception of cumulative work across the whole suit are desired.

This mode can be particularly useful in aesthetic protocols where an increasing pressure sensation and a more marked experience in the lower body and abdominal area are intended.

Mode E

Works two sequences at the same time: one line 1+9, 2+10, 3+11, 4+12 and another 5+9, 6+10, 7+11, 8+12. Inflates 1, then 1+2, then 1+2+3, then 1+2+3+4 and continues moving the compression up to 9+10+11+12. This mode combines accumulation and dragging, making it useful when the aim is to reinforce the sensation of progressive compression over wide areas of the body suit.

It is a suitable option for sessions in which the professional wants a more intense compression than a simple channel-by-channel sequence, while maintaining an orderly progression and an aesthetic sensation of ascending massage.

Mode G

It can fit well into protocols focused on client wellbeing, at the end of a working day, after physical exertion or when an aesthetic body session with a clear rest and relaxation component is desired.

Mode H

Inflates the entire suit at the same time, deflates everything together and repeats the cycle. It is the most uniform and direct mode, designed for simultaneous global compression on the legs, buttocks, hips and abdomen, with a very clear perception of combined pressure across the entire treated area.

It is an interesting option when the professional is looking for a homogeneous and enveloping sensation over the whole working area, without partial or staggered sequences between channels.

Installation and suit adjustment

Tube connection

• Once the connector has been inserted, the round nut must be turned until it is correctly secured.
• It is not necessary to force the closure all the way down for a proper connection.
