We display own reviews and reviews from external platforms to help you make purchasing decisions with useful, clear information based on real experiences.
We use this label only when the review can be linked to an identified customer and to a real order containing the reviewed product.
If a review comes from Trustpilot, Google, Trustami, Trusted Shops, Facebook, Verified Reviews or another platform, we show the source platform whenever this information is available.
We keep enough information to identify the origin, date, collection context and, where applicable, the link between the review and a real order.
We do not reject a review because it is negative. Critical opinions may be published when they come from a real experience, are respectful and comply with this policy.
We recommend explaining what you liked, what did not meet your expectations and what information may help other buyers.
We may refuse, hide or remove reviews containing insults, threats, discriminatory language, personal data, spam, content unrelated to the product or serious statements that cannot reasonably be verified.
Our system is designed to comply with European and Spanish rules on transparency in consumer reviews and fair commercial practices. We do not present reviews as store-verified when they cannot reasonably be linked to a real purchase.
