The Weelko  hyperbaric chamber is a semi-reclining unit designed for wellness environments, professional centres and home use, with an adjustable operating pressure between 1.2 and 1.5 ATA. Its configuration combines a flexible chamber, support structure, ergonomic inner chair and an all-in-one auxiliary unit for air supply, oxygen supply and cooling.

The semi-reclining design allows use in three ergonomic positions: seated, semi-reclined and fully lying down. This versatility helps adapt the user’s posture during the session and improves comfort inside the chamber, while maintaining practical access for the operator.

Semi-reclining design with 3-position inner chair

The unit incorporates a 3-position inner chair, intended to adjust the posture according to the usage protocol and the user’s comfort. The seated position is practical for quick access or sessions with less recline; the semi-reclined position provides more relaxed support; and the fully lying position offers a more restful experience inside the chamber.

The chamber is made from TPU with a metal / steel structure and integrates a modular steel frame. The HF heat-sealed seams, high-quality YKK zippers and panoramic windows contribute to a robust and functional assembly for continued use, always within the operating conditions indicated for this type of equipment.

All-in-one auxiliary unit

The chamber is supplied with an all-in-one auxiliary unit that integrates the compressor, oxygen concentrator and cooling system. This configuration centralises the main operating elements in a single module, making installation and handling of the whole system easier.

The system includes a 10 LPM oxygen concentrator, an oxygen flow rate of 10 l/min, indicated oxygen purity of +/- 90-93% O2 and an air flow rate of 74 l/min. The stated power is 1100 W / 1.5 HP. In addition, the integrated cooling system helps support more stable operation during use.

Pressure control and safety elements

The working pressure is adjustable between 1.2 and 1.5 ATA. The unit is equipped with a dual internal and external pressure gauge, allowing the pressure to be checked from both inside and outside the chamber. It also incorporates an emergency valve and is designed for single-person operation.

The chamber features 4 panoramic / double-layer panoramic windows, supporting visibility from inside and outside. Its high-quality YKK zippers, with a 2-curved zipper configuration, and construction without toxic glues complete a design focused on durability and user comfort.
