It focuses its action on acne-prone skin to improve active acne or in the resolution phase and reduce the superficial scars caused by it.

Thanks to the combined action of an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), mandelic acid, and a BHA, salicylic acid, it performs two differentiated and complementary actions: On the one hand, the actual exfoliation of the superficial layers of the skin to detach old cells and damaged and with them, eliminate existing acne, as well as comedones, blackheads and dirty pores. On the other hand, a preventive and curative action thanks to its astringent, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory power that prevents possible relapses.

Salicylic acid:
It has an important comedolytic, keratolytic (accelerates the elimination of corneocytes), astringent and antimicrobial effect. When applied in high concentration, it produces a "frost" or white epidermyolysis on comedones and acneiform boils that allows the acid to penetrate from the follicular epithelium to the sebaceous gland. It is used with great effectiveness in acne, oily skin and seborrhea. Comedones can be removed safely, since it prevents bacterial spread when handling them.

mandelic acid:
It has a larger molecular structure than other AHAs, so it penetrates the stratum corneum more slowly and requires a longer exposure time. For this same reason it does not cause irritation or itching on the skin. Increases the synthesis of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans in the papillary dermis. It also has an antimicrobial action.

It is indicated for the treatment of acne on the skin of the face, as well as that of other areas of the body such as the back, chest, arms and buttocks.
