Contains:

DHA.- Dihydroxyacetone, a natural compound, also used in medicine. In cosmetics, it is responsible for the rapid appearance of the brown color of the skin, as it reacts with the proteins in the stratum corneum of the epidermis. The pigment that is formed in the reaction process, a derivative of melanin, which gives skin a brown shade, however, does not protect against the harmful effects of UV radiation, unlike the melanin naturally. The tanning of the skin appears after approximately 2-4 hours after application of DHA.

Tyrosine.- An amino acid necessary for the proper development of the pigmentation in the skin. Delivered in a product for the care of the body, acts as a catalyst in the melanogenesis (the synthesis reaction of melanin). It is one of the activators of tanning more well-known, safe and effective used in cosmetology.
