Warranty and
after-sales service

Our non-consumable products are warranted for two years from the date of purchase, subject to normal conditions of use and adherence to the manufacturer's recommended instructions for use. In the event that the product needs to be repaired during this warranty period, the repair will be carried out by our after-sales technicians on condition that: the product has not been subjected to shock, immersion, or misuse; the problem has not been caused by improper handling activity, normal wear and tear or lack of product maintenance (e.g. clogging); the product has not been repaired in any way by any after-sales service except that of our store or have been interfered with by anyone not approved by Sunmarket Wellness; or the product has not been modified in any way from its original state.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY?

  • PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN OUR STORE

    We guarantee the highest quality of products purchased in our store. Our sales managers keep a record of all orders you place. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can contact our warranty service and we will resolve the issue.

  • PRODUCTS WITH SALES INVOICE

    When you buy a product you have chosen in our store, you get a sales invoice. It is an important document, so please keep it until the end of the warranty period.

  • THE PRODUCTS WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT IS NOT DAMAGED

    All products purchased in our store are delivered to you in the original packaging. Please keep it until the end of the warranty period, because if you decide to return the item for any reason, it must have the original packaging that is not damaged in any way. In case you have to send the equipment back to us for repair, the equipment can be transported to us avoiding possible damage in transit.

  • PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH BY A THIRD PARTY

    The products you return to our warehouse must not have been repaired by third parties. Talk to our warranty technicians first, they are here to help you with any problems that may arise.

  • TRIAL PERIOD

    You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our service center via phone, email or online chat. You will receive all necessary instructions on how to return the product. We are committed to handle your requests promptly.

WHERE TO LOOK FOR WARRANTY SERVICE?

  • SERVICE CENTER IN YOUR CITY

    If our service center is available in your city, you may be able to arrange for warranty repair, return or replacement of the product. The service manager will inspect the item you wish to repair / return or replace and will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

  • ON-SITE / HOME SERVICE

    In some cases it is possible to invite a service manager directly to your office, home and solve the problem on site. Parts and labor repair where it occurred on site at your workplace or at home are covered by us according to the warranty policy, in case we have technical personnel available on site.

  • INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY SERVICE (IWS)

    By outlining this type of service specifically for customers who travel internationally and require a warranty repair. In these cases, our free international warranty line operator will connect you to the service center available at your current location.

IN WHAT CASES IS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED?

  • DAMAGE CAUSED BY WEAR AND TEAR

    Please note that our warranty does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear of the product you have purchased from our store.

  • MISUSE OR ABUSE

    If the product purchased in our store has visual traces of misuse or abuse, this case is also not covered by warranty services. The store can make the repair services at your expense.

  • WARRANTY PERIOD EXHAUSTED

    The warranty begins on the purchase date of the purchase receipt. Once the warranty period has expired our after-sales service will be available to repair your appliance with repair and travel charges or shipping costs if applicable.

  • IMPROPER USE

    The use that is not permitted for any other use than the one for which the appliance was created, for example: the use of domestic equipment for commercial or professional use.

  • UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR SERVICES

    When the product has been tampered with or is being repaired by service companies not authorized by the manufacturer, you lose your right to free warranty service.

  • USE OF UNAUTHORIZED SPARE PARTS OR CONSUMABLES

    When the product has stopped working due to the use of unauthorized spare parts or consumables, the store assumes no responsibility for the incident. Use authorized spare parts if you wish to keep your warranty valid.

  • PRODUCT CLEANING

    If the purchased product has been cleaned with products not authorized by the manufacturer. Lack of cleaning or lack of maintenance on some products can also cause malfunctions. Please contact an agent to provide you with all the information regarding the cleaning of your product.

Returns and exchanges

NO RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE:

  • Those products that are made with a Custom Configuration (Law 47/2002 of retail trade ordinance).
  • Consumables that have been unsealed.
  • The articles that are indicated Under Demand

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT:

  • If upon receipt of your order you find any damage to the packaging, you must state it on the delivery note that you sign to the carrier.
  • In the case of presenting some physical damage the product, due to the transport, and it is not appreciated in the external packing, you must communicate it to the agency of transports that has made the delivery or, to SUNMARKET so that we manage it, within the 24 h from its delivery. We will exchange the product without additional costs.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • In the event that a product has been defective, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is responsible for the lack of conformity that are manifested within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

IN THE CASE OF NOT WANTING A PRODUCT

  • In the case of not being interested in your order upon receipt, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the product must be in perfect condition, fully complete.
  • The packaging must be the original and must not use seals or adhesive tapes directly on the box of the product. Otherwise the product will suffer a depreciation that must be adjusted to the return. Please enclose a copy of the invoice in the package. You have 14 calendar days to return the product.

TRANSPORT AGENCY

  • If you do not use the same transport agency by which SUNMARKET has sent your order. Please note that no more than 14 calendar days should elapse from the time you received it at your home until your agency delivers it to our warehouses. If you exceed this limit SUNMARKET will not accept the return. You can request Sunmarket to pick up your device in some specific cases, using our own shipping methods, in order to benefit from our reduced shipping rates. Our service agent will look for the best solution for you and facilitate the return of our products.

CONSUMABLE WARRANTIES

  • Consumables do not have the same warranty as perishable goods. Also known as non-durable consumer goods, goods or soft goods. Consumables are products that are capable of being consumed; that can be destroyed, lost or worn out. All products with a short life span, for example: cosmetics, disposables, tanning tubes, tanning lamps, etc.
  • The law excludes these products from warranty, however Sunmarket Wellness guarantees for 30 days from the date of purchase, the performance and quality of its products, so if you have any problem with any of our consumables in this period of time, Sunmarket will replace it immediately without charge.
